About the course:
Balance your body, mute your mind, and soothe your spirit. During this 90-minute Vinyasa yoga class, you will use deep, full breaths to gently flow through a carefully-designed sequence of postures. Move at your own flexibility and ability level to stretch, strengthen, and open different areas of the body. Increase your physical and psychological awareness, and walk away feeling reenergized, rejuvenated, reconnected and refocused. This general course is open to all levels, especially those who are new to yoga.
