		<description>I recently moved to Northborough and have been interested in joining a GYM but have never been a huge fan of them.  I am looking gain more information about the &quot;Boot Camp&quot;.  Besides meeting 3 days a week how long are the sessions?  What is included in the sessions as far a workoutout componenet.  I have recently lost about 65 lbs from diet, exercise and a Lap Band proceedure in May of 2011.  I have not reached my goal weight of 230 to 235 and feel as thogh I am just stuck.  I presently weigh 252 and would like to &quot;get it moving&quot; in the right direction again.</description>
