Thinking of leaving Boost Fitness? We’re so sorry to hear it. Whether you’ve had a lifestyle change or are about to move, we hope that you have great memories of Boost and will consider us again in the future! In order to make this process as easy and convenient as possible, Boost offers members the option to cancel their memberships online. To cancel your membership online, you’ll need to be current with all your payments and have completed the initial term of your membership agreement. Have a question about your cancellation form? Still in the initial term of your agreement? A Boost Fitness manager will reach out to you and discuss your cancellation options.
3. Can I freeze my membership?
Going on vacation? Have an injury? Need to put your workout on hold for another reason? At Boost Fitness, we want to be flexible with your needs and schedule. That’s why we offer two options that can put your membership on hold: Non-Medical Freezes and Medical Freezes.

For Local Guests:
Local guests are welcome to try out Boost Fitness for free once per year. We’d love for you to tour the facility and enjoy an amazing workout. Just be sure to fill out the guest form at the front desk before working out. Want to be the first of your friends to try Boost? Click here for a free one day pass to Boost!
Looking to share the Boost love? First, thanks for your support! Members are welcome to bring in as many guests as they want! Each guest can visit our Fitness Centers once a year for free! We just ask that they fill out a guest form at the front desk before working out.
For Out-of-Town Guests:
Visiting Boost from out of town? Thanks so much for choosing us! If you’re not from the local area and would like to use a Boost facility, we welcome you to purchase a daily or weekly out-of-town membership at our front desk. Our daily out-of-town membership gives you full membership privileges for one day, and is $10. The weekly fee is $50 and gives you full membership privileges for 7 consecutive days.
For the safety of all members and staff, we ask that all guests show ID when signing in.
5. Can I bring a guest every time I come to Boost Fitness?
At Boost Fitness, the name of the game is flexibility. If you love to work out with a friend, you can! For an additional $10 per month, you can bring a friend with you every time you come to Boost. Your guest will enjoy your exact same privileges, so if your Premium Membership includes spin classes, your guest can spin along with you. Per our guest policy, we just ask that all guests check in at the front desk before working out.
6. Staff Hours vs. Gym Hours
At Boost Fitness, all of our locations are open 24 hours/day, 7 days/week for members with keycard access. If you’re looking to join Boost, or speak with a representative, each club offers staffed hours. Please see our Locations Page to see each club’s staffed hours!
7. How do I get insurance reimbursements?
Did you know that your insurance may reimburse you for your gym membership? Boost Fitness works with most major providers, which typically provide $150-$300 per year towards your monthly dues. We recommend checking with your insurance company to understand your specific policy. We can help you get the information you’ll need to submit to an insurance provider. Just email us at [email protected] and let us know your name and primary club you’re a member at.
8. What is the annual fee?
At Boost Fitness, we want to make sure our facilities stay looking great and we’re always expanding our programs. Since we want to accomplish this without raising monthly dues, we charge all members an annual membership fee of $39. This fee is billed on or around June 1st each year in addition to your normal monthly bill.
9. How can I update my credit card information?
Want to change the credit card you have on file, or update its information? No worries! You can stop by the club or click here to update it on our secure site.
10. Do you have locker rooms/showers?
Yes! All Boost Fitness Locations are equipped with multiple showers, sinks, and changing areas with lockers. We ask that you bring your own lock to secure your items and not leave anything overnight. If you plan on showering at Boost, remember to bring your own towel and toiletries.
11. What are your ages for membership?
Boost Fitness is primarily designed to be an adult club for members age 18 and over. We are not able to accommodate a child under the age of 18 whose parent is not a member. We ask that all children ages 14-17 use the club under parental supervision. We do not allow children under the age of 14 to work out at Boost Fitness.
12. Does Boost Fitness offer day care?
Boost Fitness does not offer onsite daycare for its members. We ask that members refrain from leaving their children in the lobby or fitness rooms while they work out.
13. I want to be fit, but I don’t know how to start. Is Boost Fitness beginner friendly?
Boost Fitness is incredibly beginner friendly. Our welcoming and fun atmosphere is perfect for all fitness levels. We even include a free personal training session with each membership so that our trainers can help you learn the equipment and set goals.
14. How can I balance a business schedule with a fitness plan?
Don’t let a jam-packed schedule prevent you from achieving your fitness goals. All members have 24-hour keycard access to Boost Fitness locations. The Busy Girl’s Guide to Fitness can help with this balancing act.
